Airbus Tech Hub NL

Doelstelling
For the Tech Hub NL team, Airbus is looking for a Project Manager who will contribute from a Dutch perspective to accelerating the transition towards decarbonization of the aviation sector. In this role, you will support and help shape national and international strategic initiatives and roadmaps, such as Flying Vision Accelerator, and SAF-related roadmaps. You will work closely with industry partners, knowledge institutes and government, translating insights from technology, market and policy developments into concrete actions, roadmaps and communication outputs.
You will be part of the Tech Hub NL team, contributing to long-term vision development, multi-stakeholder collaboration and innovation programs that support the decarbonisation of aviation with the Dutch ecosystem. You will be working in a high-tech and fast paced environment pioneering sustainable aerospace for a safe and united world.
Verantwoordelijkheden
Your role & responsibilities
As Project Manager, you will:
- Support the coordination and execution of strategic programs and roadmapping activities related to sustainable aviation and the energy transition
- Translate market insights, technological developments and policy trends (e.g. SAF, operations, infrastructure) into clear conclusions, actions and next steps
- Support the development, structuring and maintenance of visions and roadmaps for policymakers
- Prepare and support interactive workshops, think tanks and deep dives, using methods such as design thinking, agile and scrum
- Contribute to stakeholder management, aligning interests of industry partners, knowledge institutes and governmental bodies
- Support communication and positioning of outcomes, including presentations, publications and input for external communication
- Contribute to the consolidation of multiple insights and perspectives into coherent and well-supported strategic outputs
Eisen
- A background in project management, business development or a related field
- A background in industrial design engineering
- Soft skills:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- The ability to translate complex information into clear insights and actionable next steps
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with diverse disciplines
- The ability to convince and engage others
- Excellent communication skills, including an interest in storytelling, marketing and communication approach
- Affinity with facilitating co-creation sessions and workshops
- Preferably Dutch-speaking
Wensen
- Experience, knowledge or a strong interest in sustainable aviation, SAF, energy transition or aerospace innovation
- Located in the Netherlands or willing to work from the Netherlands
